Bruce Mattox is the General Manager of Bob’s Steak & Chop House Amelia Island. With over 18 years of upscale steakhouse experience, Bruce is an expert in facilitating best-in-class dining for our guests from managing the front of house operations to menu and wine list development.

Chef Bryan Roberts serves as the Executive Chef of Bob’s Steak & Chop House Amelia Island where his leadership, passion for food presentation, and love of the culinary arts have been critical to providing a unique dining experience for every guest. Chef Roberts and his culinary team are the heart of Bob’s Steak & Chop House with Chef Roberts directly supervising every dish that comes out of the kitchen.
